Dialup Internet service is available all over Wyoming. Wherever you can have a landline telephone, you can dial the telephone number of the company with which you have arranged dialup Internet service. There is one company which advertises free dialup Internet service in the state. That company is NetZero Free.
There are other companies in Wyoming which offer dialup service, but they do make a charge for their Internet provider service. Some of those companies are AT&T, People PC and Coppernet.
Be aware that dialup is generally a slower service than the service of Internet providers who sell DSL, satellite, wireless or Internet service through a cable television provider. Thus, that which is at no cost is most likely a slower service by nature.
For some people, there is little or no choice as to which Internet service provider they use. In some areas, DSL and cable Internet services are not yet available. Many Internet users in such areas use dialup service. Even if it is not as fast or as strong as DSL or cable service, it does allow computers to link to the Internet.
Most people living in the larger urban areas of Wyoming do not need to use dialup service since they can choose to pay for more reliable and faster Internet access.

Definitely!!! Broadband can be anywhere between 10 to 100 times quicker than dial up. Dial up is like the grandfather of Internet connectivity. Many advances have been made since it's inception. Broadband is also a permanent connection and much more efficient at downloading things. Broadband can also be about 10 times faster than dsl.
