Voice Over Internet Protocol, or VOIP, uses an existing network such as the Internet to provide phone service. There are many benefits to this new technology with virtually no drawbacks. Vonage is very low cost andis a major provider. Magic Jack is even cheaper. Most telecom companies offer viop too.
